Thomas Randrup – Professor, Department of Landscape Architecture, Planning and Management, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences
Thomas Randrup is Professor of Urban Open Space Management at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU), with expertise in urban forestry, nature-based solutions, and strategic green space management. His research focuses on the social, ecological, and organizational dimensions of urban green space governance and management. He has held professorships and leadership roles across academia and industry in Scandinavia and has advised organizations including the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations on urban and peri-urban forestry. Randrup is also co-founder of the journal Urban Forestry & Urban Greening and has authored more than 400 scientific and professional publications.
